Authorize payments by cheque. Authorize return of merchandise. Sell merchandise. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters. Supervise and coordinate activities of workers. Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages. Organize and maintain inventory.
