Natural Music is a re-brand of "Music with Miss Natalie" based in Abbotsford. We already have a substantial waitlist for the fall with many families hoping to get in. Filling spots is NO problem. Unlike other platforms with corporate pyramids that are difficult to reach, the owner is right here in town and available to support you. Teachers who join now in our early stages of growth have the most potential to move up! We are an creative, audiation-based lesson company. We focus on the student's ability to hear music in their head and notation is optional. We are also student-led, we support students choosing their own songs We also enjoy including a variety of games, activities and movement. We are looking for teachers who are especially vibrant with kids whose values align with ours. We offer an 8-week training course to study the approaches of private music lesson teaching and equip you in practical ways. While teaching with us you have access to a resource portal filled with structures, ideas and even full on lesson plans. We hire you as an employee - meaning you're free from tax hassles, you get vacation pay. mat leave and stat pay. We offer a total of 6 weeks vacation: 2 weeks paid Christmas break, 2 weeks paid spring break plus your standard vacation pay. You get paid for lesson planning If a new student signs up through you, you get a recruitment bonus. We guarantee growth. As your experience increases, so should your wage. If travelling to the students home, you get compensated for fuel and paid for travel time We offer a community that encourages artists, we like to attend your shows and support your content. We like to have staff dinners & jams. As we grow and become established, we plan on offering extended health care. The training course runs over the summer and we are looking for a September start.
