Clinic Administrator / Patient Care Coordinator (Abbotsford)

We are currently looking for a Clinic Administrator. Primary Responsibilities: - Answer telephone calls, greet patients and visitors upon arrival, and provide excellent customer service for all questions or concerns - Scheduling appointments and collect payments - Verifying insurance and billing third parties - Process incoming and outgoing email, mail and faxes - Start of day and end of day procedures - Basic cleaning and laundry Preferential qualifications: - Familiar with MSP, ICBC and WSBC billing, and a working knowledge of Jane app would be an asset - Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette - High degree of organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task - Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills - Comfortable using computers - Team player - Flexible schedule Job Types: Full-time, Casual Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour Benefits: - Company events - Flexible schedule - On-site parking - Paid time off Application question(s): - Do you have working knowledge of Jane app ? - Will you be able to reliably commute to Chilliwack, BC & Langley,BC for this job?
