Custodial Worker (Clearbrook)

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodial Worker to maintain cleanliness and safety across our facilities. This role involves performing cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a hygienic, organized, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities - Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment - Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing - Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment during all cleaning and maintenance activities - Ensure all work areas are kept safe, clean, and organized at all times - Adhere to established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure timely completion of duties Experience - Prior experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred with a min of 5 year experience - Knowledge of facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or troubleshooting is a plus - Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively - Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness in cleaning and maintenance tasks - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following safety guidelines and procedures Pay: $17.85-$28.62 per hour Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2nxs2b
