Production Associate (Abbotsford)

Job Summary You will be a key player in our pre-finished door production line. You’ll be working with high-end machinery to meet the demands of our fastest-growing product line. Duties - Equipment: You will operate or assist with edgebanders, table saws, shapers, CNC routers, door clamps, and panel saws. - Innovation: You aren't just a "cog in the machine." You’ll be encouraged to suggest ways to make the process faster, safer, and easier. - Growth: This isn't a "dead-end" job. Qualifications - Experience in woodworking or cabinetry is an asset but not required for the right person. - Ability to read a tape measure and handle physical labor. - Relevant expertise (CNC, Edgebanding, etc.) will start you at the higher end of the pay scale ($25/hr).
