We are seeking passionate and creative crew to join Amici's culinary team! Responsibilities: - Ensure all food preparation meets food safety and quality standards - Receive orders, execute orders and communicate with kitchen leaders - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations - Maintain a clean and organized work area Experience: - Previous experience as line cook - Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques & regulations - Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils used during production (Rational, French top, pasta boiler, sheeter, vac machine, etc) - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards If you are passionate chef, have experience in professional kitchens, and enjoy learning/sharing culinary techniques, we encourage you to apply.
