Location: Fully Remote (US/Canada) Type: Full-Time / Permanent Role: Senior Business Central Consultant Salary: 150-180k CAD Up to 25% travel to the US and Canada Canadian citizenship required. Senior Application Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) We are working with a growing ERP consulting and technology services firm specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations for mid-market organizations across multiple industries. We are seeking an experienced Senior Application Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to join a growing consulting and implementation team. In this role, you will work closely with solution architects, developers, and client stakeholders to deliver successful ERP implementations across a range of industries. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining business process consulting, solution configuration, client leadership, and hands-on project delivery. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery Client & Team Leadership Professional Development Required Experience - 5+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central - Experience delivering multiple full-cycle ERP implementations - Prior consulting or Microsoft Partner experience preferred - Strong understanding of distribution or manufacturing business processes - Experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform Skills & Attributes - Excellent communication and client-facing skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines - Comfortable leading workshops, training sessions, and project discussions - Collaborative mindset with strong team leadership capabilities Education - Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field preferred Work Environment - Hybrid/remote work environment depending on project requirements - Occasional travel may be required - Flexibility to support deployments or critical project activities outside standard business hours when necessary Compensation & Benefits - Competitive salary based on experience - Performance-based bonus opportunities - Comprehensive perks package - Professional development and certification support Please apply on the advert or email and we will get back to you if your profile is of interest.
