Acara Solutions is seeking a Systems Design Engineer for a full time role in Abbotsford, BC. This position suits intermediate to senior engineers specializing in product design and system integration. The successful candidate will design, analyze, implement, and verify complex systems involving mechanical, electronic, firmware, and software components. As an integral part of the team, you’ll ensure that product systems work cohesively, focusing on system-level perspectives and multidisciplinary engineering practices. Key Responsibilities: • Gather and analyze system requirements from stakeholders • Translate requirements into technical specifications and designs • Assess technologies for performance and reliability • Create and maintain system specifications and documentation • Support integration, troubleshooting, and verification of systems Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering • 10+ years in product design or development • Robust multidisciplinary engineering experience • Proven system-level product design ability • P.Eng. certification preferred or eligibility Contribute to creative engineering solutions and mentor junior engineers at Acara Solutions.
