Key Responsibilities:• Manage technician productivity, scheduling, and billing processes • Provide timely equipment repair updates to customers • Coordinate technical support and training for the team • Promote a safe and tidy working environment • Ensure adherence to company practices and positive employee relations
Requirements:• 3-5 years in a supervisory or service manager role • Strong diagnostic skills on multiple engine types • Excellent customer service and communication abilities • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • High school diploma required
