Farmhouse kitchen staff create with a large oven that is utilized throughout each food category. This is the main form of cooking as we do not have a cooktop or deep-fryer We have amazing staff with great teamwork being at the forefront. The kitchen is run by our Head Che. Our focus is to create amazing craft beer and utilize locally grown products in our food & beverage programs.
