Associate Dentist (Abbotsford)

Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. Duties - Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences. - Provide preventive, restorative, and emergency dental care, including fillings, crowns, extractions, and root canals. - Utilize dental software such as Cleardent for patient record management and appointment scheduling. - Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations. - Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies. - Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress in compliance with medical terminology standards. - Stay updated on advancements in dentistry, including CAD technologies, to enhance patient care. Qualifications - Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. - Minimum 1 year working experience required - Valid state dental license to practice dentistry. - Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred; familiarity with pediatric dentistry is a plus. - Proficient in using dental software systems such as Cleardent. - Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families. - Commitment to providing exceptional patient care with a focus on comfort and satisfaction.
