Your leadership will help improve procedures, manage staff, and maintain high standards of health and safety. Key Responsibilities - Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate restaurant operations. - Improve operational procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality. - Recruit staff, oversee staff training, and monitor performance. - Set staff work schedules and manage labor costs. - Control inventory, monitor revenues, and adjust procedures and prices as needed. - Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. - Negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies. - Negotiate with clients for catering services or facility use for banquets and receptions.
