The right person will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to take direction and follow through without constant supervision. Responsibilities - Filing and uploading documents - Maintaining a CRM and other data input - Coordinating appointments - Running errands - Assisting with marketing - Qualifications - Extremely organized and detail oriented - Strong written and communication skills (clear, professional, concise) - Able to follow direction and execute tasks independently - Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple tasks - Skilled and respectful in all client interations - Excellent typing and computer skill HOW TO APPLY?
