Global Controller At Be Group Abbotsford

Lead accounting and controllership at BE Group as the Global Controller. Drive financial integrity, enhance reporting processes, and develop a high-performing team across multiple entities. This position reports to the CFO and is essential for managing consolidated reporting and strengthening internal controls in a multi-country manufacturing workplace. You will oversee financial data accuracy and compliance while leading a team of 15 professionals across key financial areas. Key Responsibilities: • Own consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting • Improve global month-end close and consolidation processes • Manage intercompany accounting and transfer pricing accurately • Establish internal controls for accounting and audit readiness • Partner with Operations to enhance financial performance strategies Requirements: • CPA designation required • 8–12+ years in accounting/finance leadership • Experience in manufacturing and cost accounting strongly preferred • ERP experience, ideally Syspro • Proven skills in leading teams through growth and complexity Utilize your leadership in financial strategy, reporting, and team management to support BE Group's growth objectives.
