Outside Sales Representative (Abbotsford)

General Description We are looking for a proactive Outside Sales Representative for the Abbotsford, BC District. The role focuses on prospecting new business, maintaining current accounts, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities - Prospect new business while maintaining excellent customer service and sales skills for an existing book of business. - Reach out to potential customers by cold calling. - Use the company sales tool to manage the sales pipeline. - Learn and demonstrate a thorough understanding of Waste Connections’ service offerings. Qualifications - 3-4 years of solid business‑to‑business (B2B) sales experience. - Experience with contract selling is an asset. - Excellent communication and time‑management skills. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.). - Knowledge of ARES, Salesforce, or a comparable CRM tool is a plus. - Must own a vehicle for visiting existing customers and new prospects. - Must be able to pass all pre‑employment requirements.
