We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our busy team in Chilliwack and Abbotsford. We are seeking an individual who is organized and has solid communication and computer skills. Career Opportunity: Office Administrator Where: Chilliwack & Abbotsford Type: FULL-TIME, PERMANENT When: Monday to Friday, overtime as needed A day in the life The Office Administrator is responsible for processing the day-to-day paperwork, which ensures the business runs smoothly. This includes receiving inventory into the system, posting payments to customers’ accounts, submitting invoices and payroll to the Corporate Office, and working closely with the Store Owner with any other administrative duties. What we need from you - Minimum 2 years in administration. - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. - Schedule & confirm installation appointments. - Ability to multitask, be organised, and meet deadlines. - Take care of accounts receivable/payables. - Data entry. - Valid driver's licence as you will be travelling between the two stores. - Support the management team. - Other day-to-day office routine - Strong knowledge in MS Word, Excel, and Gmail. - A diploma in business administration is considered an asset. - Experience in the retail industry is considered an asset.
