Expand Guesty’s client base across North America. Build relationships with key decision makers and generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound engagement. Identify stakeholder pain points, gather business and technical requirements, and evaluate fit for Guesty’s solutions.Conduct lead generation and qualification activities while following established processes and best practices. Clearly communicate Guesty’s value proposition, platform capabilities, and business impact. Consistently achieve sales qualified lead targets and performance goals. Continuously develop knowledge of the hospitality and short-term rental industry, Guesty’s product suite, competitive landscape, and customer use cases.Maintain accurate prospect activity and pipeline updates in Salesforce, HubSpot, and SalesLoft. Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities with clear discovery notes and next steps. Requirements
Entry-level role. Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly. Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior stakeholders. Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools is an advantage.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Motivated to break into tech sales and grow within a high-performing organization. Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, and operations teams.
