Key Responsibilities:• Conduct family strengths and needs assessments • Facilitate Family Case Planning Conferences • Develop comprehensive family plans with stakeholders • Monitor and evaluate progress towards family goals • Ensure compliance with agency policies and practices

Requirements:• Bachelor of Social Work or related degree • 3 years experience in Human Services • Knowledge of Indigenous culture and community protocols • Competence in relevant legislation and standards • Valid BC Driver’s Class 5 License
