Elevate your clinical practice as a Clinical Pharmacist with Fraser Health at Abbotsford Regional Hospital and Mission Memorial. Your role focuses on individualized patient therapy and collaborative healthcare.

This full-time relief position is expected to last until September 2027. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will develop and monitor therapeutic plans in collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams. You'll engage in drug therapy evaluations, participate in clinical drug trials, and provide mentorship to new pharmacy professionals.

Key Responsibilities:• Collaborate with healthcare providers on therapeutic strategies • Tailor medication plans for individual patient needs • Counsel patients on medication therapy options • Support development of disease-specific drug guidelines • Mentor pharmacy students and new staff members

Requirements:• Registration as a Pharmacist with BC's College of Pharmacists • Successful completion of a Hospital Pharmacy Residency Program • Comprehensive knowledge of medication use and clinical pharmacy • Proven ability to communicate effectively with healthcare teams • Physically capable of performing pharmacist duties
