Inside Sales Representative (Abbotsford)

Job Summary Our client, a well-established and growing industrial supply company in Abbotsford, is looking for a confident and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join their team. What You’ll Be Doing - Prepare and manage customer quotations - Process customer orders accurately and efficiently - Coordinate order flow from quote to delivery - Handle customer inquiries and provide service support - Follow up on open quotes and customer opportunities - Assist with appointment setting and proactive outbound calls - Resolve customer issues and service concerns professionally - Work closely with operations, warehouse, and sales teams - Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining high accuracy What We’re Looking For - Previous Inside Sales, Customer Service, Order Desk, Supply Chain, or Sales Support experience - Solid computer skills, including Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems - Experience using Sage 300 or similar ERP systems is considered an asset - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and work independently - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Comfortable working with blue-collar, industrial, or technical customers - Mature, reliable, and confident personality Industry Experience Preferred Candidates with experience in similar industries will be strongly considered, including: - Industrial supply - Heavy equipment - Manufacturing - Automotive parts - Construction supply - HVAC/plumbing/electrical distribution - Transportation or logistics - Warehousing or industrial products Compensation & Perks - $55,000 – $70,000 base salary - Commission program - Extended health benefits - Stable long-term opportunity - Career growth into Outside Sales - Flexible and supportive team environment - Dog-friendly office culture Schedule - Monday to Friday - 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM If you are someone who enjoys solving problems, building customer relationships, and working in a team-oriented industrial environment, we would like to hear from you About Us: Express Employment Professionals works with job seekers to help them find the right job for their skills and experience.
