Become an integral part of W.J. Mouat Secondary School as a full-time teacher specializing in Automotive, Engine, and Robotics. You will deliver engaging lessons that inspire students to explore these exciting fields.
The successful candidate will teach Auto 11, Auto 12, Engine and Drivetrain 12, and Electronics and Robotics 9/10. This position is suitable for educators with a Degree or Diploma in Technical Education and a passion for fostering student interest in automotive and robotics. Collaborate with a supportive team dedicated to student growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:• Teach Automotive and Robotics subjects effectively • Design engaging instructional materials and assessments • Foster a caring and inclusive classroom environment • Implement diverse teaching strategies for all learners • Evaluate student performance with constructive feedback
Requirements:• Degree/Diploma in Technical Education with relevant specialization • Experience teaching at the Secondary level • Eligible for B.C. Certification • Strong communication and classroom management skills • Commitment to a collaborative learning environment
