Overview

Auto Associate– Hub International is a leading North American insurance brokerage that advises businesses and individuals on risk, insurance, employee benefits, retirement and wealth management solutions. The role offers complete training and the opportunity to obtain a Level 1 general insurance license within30 days.Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners. Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. Process a variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, and debt payments.Upsell and cross‑sell additional insurance products to add value for clients and drive performance metrics. Support the branch by taking phone calls, managing administrative tasks, and restocking inventory. Assist HUB Centers with inbound and outbound call volume, transaction support and client servicing as needed.Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Level 1 Insurance License is an asset– not required. Strong self‑starter mentality with a drive to exceed performance and sales goals. Confident, outgoing personality and a customer‑first approach. Detail‑oriented and organized – able to multitask under pressure.Reliable and accountable; a team player who can be counted on. Thrives in a collaborative, high‑energy environment. Compensation&Benefits

Salary range: $40,000.00 to $45,000.00. Compensation is influenced by skills, experience, location and business line. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid‑time‑off, and eligible bonuses. Commission opportunities are available for qualifying positions.
