We are seeking a Grade School Children's Ministry Coordinator for our Downes Road location. This part-time role involves organizing impactful programs fostering spiritual growth in children from kindergarten to grade 5. You will provide leadership and guidance to Children’s Ministry staff and Serve Team members, promoting a culture of faith and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:• Organize and implement grade school ministry programs • Oversee and equip Children’s Ministry staff effectively • Foster a supportive discipleship environment • Nurture relationships with children and families • Communicate vision and objectives clearly to the team

Requirements:• Strong organizational and leadership skills • Ability to effectively communicate with various age groups • Relational and approachable demeanor • Team-oriented mindset for collaborative ministry • Prior experience in similar roles is advantageous
