Part-time Housekeeper needed (McMillan)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization within residential settings, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Prior experience in residential cleaning, laundry, and hospitality is mandatory. Fluency in English is mandatory. The Housekeeper will play a vital role in upholding the high standards of cleanliness and hospitality our guests expect. Responsibilities - Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas of the hotel. - Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and household items - Ensure all areas are sanitized and free of dust, dirt, and clutter - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within designated schedules - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests courteously and professionally - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel - Work well with others Requirements - Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles preferred - Robust organizational skills with excellent time management abilities - Ability to communicate clearly in English - Knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry procedures - Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness - Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules based on hotel availability This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and customer satisfaction are valued.
