And you also have one parking stall in the back. So that your car does not have to stay on the street. I include 60% of the utilities and you just pay 40% all the utilities are in my name so you don't have to pay any deposits to utility companies, and I will give you copies of the bills every month so that you have them for your records. Well behaved pets are acceptable. References are required. Security deposit is equal to one month's rent. There is laminate hardwood on the floor which is new. And the bedroom has brand new carpet. This unit is very bright and cheery :-) and you have your own private entrance.
