We’re looking for a skilled Landscape Crew Lead to guide our team through high‑quality landscape construction, softscape installation, and exceptional customer service. What You’ll Do - Lead a crew through daily on‑site tasks - Install paving stones and softscape materials - Prune, plant, and layout plant material - Apply herbicides safely and effectively - Drive company trucks and trailers - Communicate with customers and represent our team professionally What You Bring - Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean record - 3+ years experience driving heavy trucks & trailers - Hands‑on experience in landscape construction & maintenance - Pesticide Applicator Core certification - Solid plant identification skills - Red Seal Journeyperson or similar education Why You’ll Love It Here You’ll lead meaningful projects, work outdoors, and be part of a team that values craftsmanship, safety, and pride in every job.
