Located inside LaunchPad Golf at Mickelson National Golf Club, we specialize in helping golfers, active adults, and athletes improve performance, reduce pain, and stay active through an evidence-based, individualized approach to rehabilitation and movement. Our care model combines: - Physiotherapy - Golf biomechanics & movement analysis - Corrective exercise & rehabilitation - Performance optimization - Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT)-informed recommendations We are seeking a Registered Physiotherapist who is energetic, growth-minded, and passionate about movement and performance. This is an exceptional opportunity for a new graduate or early-career clinician looking to develop advanced clinical reasoning, learn biomechanics, and work in a premium golf and athletic environment. About the Role This is an on-site contract role located at Launchpad at Mickelson National Golf Club. As a Registered Physiotherapist, you will evaluate and diagnose client conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to promote recovery, performance, and injury prevention. You will also collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to integrate biomechanics assessments and MAT-informed recommendations into treatment planning, helping clients address the root cause of pain, injury, and recurring tightness rather than simply managing symptoms. Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and evaluations - Develop individualized treatment plans based on client goals, movement patterns, and physical presentation - Integrate biomechanics assessment findings into rehabilitation programming - Collaborate with a Muscle Activation Specialist to better understand muscular imbalances and compensation patterns - Incorporate MAT-informed movement recommendations into treatment planning to improve outcomes and long-term function - Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, rehabilitation, and corrective exercise prescription - Educate clients on movement patterns, injury prevention, and the underlying causes of pain and dysfunction - Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation - Participate in occasional team collaboration and case discussionsWhy This Role is Different Why This Role is Different This is not a traditional high-volume clinic environment.
