About the Chance We’re partnering with a well-established and growing firm in the financial services space to find a Portfolio Administrator to join their Calgary team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with investment professionals, supporting client portfolios, and building a long-term career in wealth or asset management. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting Portfolio Managers with day-to-day portfolio administration and client servicing Preparing client reporting packages, performance summaries, and investment documentation Processing trades, account updates, and ensuring accurate record-keeping Assisting with onboarding current client accounts and maintaining existing relationships Liaising with internal teams and custodians to resolve discrepancies or inquiries Monitoring portfolios to ensure compliance with mandates and internal guidelines What We’re Looking For 1–5+ years of experience in a portfolio administration, investment operations, or wealth management support role Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio structures Experience with portfolio management systems or trading platforms is an asset High attention to detail with strong organizational skills Excellent communication skills and a client-service mindset Progress toward or completion of CSC, CFA, or similar designations is considered an asset What’s in It for You Competitive salary: $50,000 – $70,000 CAD, depending on experience Bonus potential and comprehensive perks package Exposure to experienced Portfolio Managers and investment decision-making Clear path for growth within wealth or asset management Cooperative, team-oriented environment At Humans of HR, we support the development and growth of our candidates to reach their full potential.
