This role is designed for a versatile leader who can operate as a Delivery Manager. You will be the primary driver of project delivery, responsible for translating client requirements into actionable development tasks and holding teams accountable to timelines. This is a high-impact position where your ability to manage the non-technical aspects of product development will directly enable the technical team to focus on core execution. What You’ll Do Product Ownership and Requirements Management - Lead weekly client meetings to review requested features and capture the underlying intent of new requirements. - Translate vague client requests into detailed, scoped documentation and tickets within Linear. - Facilitate scoping sessions for new projects, creating diagrams, mock-ups, and documentation to define the project roadmap. Delivery Coordination and Accountability - Act as the primary point of accountability for project timelines, ensuring developers remain on track for scheduled releases. - Review completed work to ensure it meets the original intent and lead product demonstrations for clients. - Communicate proactively with clients regarding timeline shifts or technical roadblocks, explaining complex issues in an accessible manner. Stakeholder Communication and Engagement - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, shielding the technical team from constant communication interruptions. - Collaborate closely with technical leads to brainstorm solutions and determine the feasibility of client requests. - Manage a variety of projects simultaneously, adapting quickly to different software products and client needs.
