Organizational Change Manager Airdrie

Title: Organizational Change Manager Location: Ogden - Calgary - in office Duration: 2 year contract, July start The Requirements (skills contractor should have): Core skills: stakeholder engagement, communications and storytelling, facilitation and coaching, training design and enablement, measurement and analytics, change diagnostics and impact assessment. Behavioural skills: relationship building, persuasion/influence, political awareness, credibility with executives and middle managers, ability to work across IT and business functions. Delivery & governance skills: ability to integrate OCM with delivery methodologies, map change activities to program lifecycles, and collaborate with PMO. Experience: proven experience running OCM programs, leading stakeholder and sponsor coaching, and deploying employee listening programs; experience in tool-enabled adoption tracking or working with OCM tools is beneficial. Optional / desirable: certifications or formal training in change methods, experience in digital/AI-driven transformations or transportation/complex operations contexts. Typical deliverables and success measures: Deliverables: change strategy and capability map; stakeholder engagement plans; communications toolkits and talking points; training and superuser programs; adoption dashboards and monthly sentiment reports; change playbooks integrated into delivery lifecycle. Success measures: quality of leadership conversations and negotiated accountabilities; improvements in adoption/utilization metrics; digital employee/experience sentiment scores; reduction in adoption drag and change‑related rework; alignment of change impact to strategic outcomes.
