Waiter / Waitress (Crossfield)

A waiter or waitress, also known as a server, is responsible for providing excellent customer service in restaurants. Candidate must be over 18 to work in the company as Minors are not allowed in Premisaes. - Greet and seat guests. - Take food and drink orders. - Serve orders accurately and promptly. - Manage checks and process payments. - Address customer requests and concerns. - Maintain table cleanliness. - Collaborate with kitchen staff. - Promote menu items and upsell. - Handle cash and follow restaurant policies. - Work as a team with other staff. - Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness. - Possess good communication and customer service skills. Additionally Tips will be given to servers.
