We’re looking for a skilled Landscape Crew Lead to guide our team through high‑quality landscape construction, softscape installation, and exceptional customer service. What You’ll Do Lead a crew through daily on‑site tasks Install paving stones and softscape materials Prune, plant, and layout plant material Apply herbicides safely and effectively Drive company trucks and trailers Communicate with customers and represent our team professionally What You Bring Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean record 3+ years experience driving heavy trucks & trailers Hands‑on experience in landscape construction & maintenance Pesticide Applicator Core certification Solid plant identification skills Red Seal Journeyperson or similar education Why You’ll Love It Here You’ll lead meaningful projects, work outdoors, and be part of a team that values craftsmanship, safety, and pride in every job.
