Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing personalized treatment plans to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall well-being. This role involves working closely with patients across various age groups and medical conditions, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and rehabilitation. Prior hospital experience and familiarity with acute care settings are highly desirable. The Physiotherapist will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions, contributing to their improved quality of life. Responsibilities - Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans. - Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to facilitate recovery. - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary. - Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, health maintenance, and home exercise programs. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations. - Stay updated on the latest physiotherapy techniques and best practices through ongoing professional development. Skills - Proven experience in hospital settings, especially in acute care environments. - Robust background in pediatrics and patient care across diverse populations. - Excellent knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice. - Exceptional communication skills to effectively educate and motivate patients. - Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. - Compassionate approach with a focus on patient-centered care. - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining detailed records.
