We are looking for a Service Technician - Calgary

Reporting to the Service Supervisor, the Service Technician is responsible for supporting SFC products by performing diagnostics, repairs, testing, installation, and start-up services. This role provides technical support to customers and internal teams while ensuring high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.

What We Expect?

• Technical Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation, or a related technical field.
• Experience working with electronic diagnostic and testing equipment.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, repair, calibration, and testing of SFC products prior to shipment or after service requests.
• Conduct installation and start-up of SFC equipment at customer sites as required.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and product support to customers and internal teams.
• Modify products and perform equipment repairs as required to meet operational and customer needs.
• Prepare clear, accurate, and timely service reports and documentation.
• Support warranty service activities for SFC products.
• Manage the administrative aspects of service operations, including maintaining accurate service records, documentation, and reporting.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with all company health, safety, and environmental policies.
