Happy at Home Health Care Services is currently seeking a motivated and professional Recruiter & Employee Relations Specialist to join our team. This role offers a dynamic balance of office-based HR responsibilities and field recruitment activities, supporting our continued growth in the healthcare sector. Position Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting full-cycle recruitment, fostering positive employee relations, and representing the organization in both professional and community settings. Key Responsibilities - Conduct recruitment activities both in-office and in the field - Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates - Support employee relations initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture - Build and maintain strong professional relationships with applicants and employees - Represent the organization with professionalism and integrity at all times Qualifications & Requirements - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent command of spoken and written English - Qualified, outgoing, and approachable demeanor - Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (required for field recruiting) - Ability to work part-time hours with the potential for full-time employment - Prior experience in recruitment or HR is an asset Compensation - $22.00 - 24.00 per hour/ based on experience - Opportunity for increased hours and advancement to full-time based on performance If you are passionate about people, recruitment, and contributing to quality care services, we invite you to apply and become part of our dedicated team.
