Waiter / Waitress Crossfield

A waiter or waitress, also known as a server, is responsible for providing excellent customer service in restaurants. Candidate must be over 18 to work in the company as Minors are not allowed in Premisaes. Greet and seat guests. Take food and drink orders. Serve orders accurately and promptly. Manage checks and process payments. Address customer requests and concerns. Maintain table cleanliness. Collaborate with kitchen staff. Promote menu items and upsell. Handle cash and follow restaurant policies. Work as a team with other staff. Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness. Possess valuable communication and customer service skills. Additionally Tips will be given to servers.
