We are hiring for a Part time Pharmacist with a wage range of $70.00 - $80.00 at our location in Drumheller, AB. Job Duties/Responsibilities: - Assist the Pharmacy Manager with day-to-day pharmacy operations in an accurate and timely manner - Check prescriptions for proper dosage - Compound prescribed pharmaceutical products - Dispense prescribed pharmaceutical products - Advise patients on the administration, uses, and effects of medication - Maintain patient profiles - Ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical products - Advise customers on the selection and use of non-prescription medication - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, qualified standards and applicable laws and regulations - Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area - Providing an exceptional customer experience What you Bring: - Pharmacist registered with the Alberta College of Pharmacy and in good standing - Strong organizational, critical thinking and conflict resolution skills - Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment - Comfortable working during peak pharmacy hours including daytime and weekends - Injection certification is an asset - Prior experience as a pharmacist is an asset - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Most importantly, the willingness and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.
