Talent Acquisition Administrator - Airdrie

Become part of the City of Airdrie's team as a Talent Acquisition Administrator. This full time role involves sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates while ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process. You will report to the Team Leader of Human Resources and assist in attracting top talent for various positions. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you will help create job postings, manage candidate screenings, and coordinate background checks. Your organizational skills will play a key role in aligning candidates with the company's needs and culture.
