Cosmetic Nurse Injector (Airdrie)

A growing medical spa in Airdrie (52 Gateway Dr NE, Unit 110) is hiring a part-time Nurse Injector to join a collaborative clinical team. This role suits a licensed RN or NP with hands-on injectable experience who takes pride in patient care and consistent clinical standards. What You'll Do - Conduct virtual and in-person consultations to assess patient goals and recommend appropriate treatments - Communicate treatment plans clearly, including realistic expectations before, during, and after procedures - Perform injectable treatments including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, PRP, and threads - Perform non-invasive skin treatments such as Morpheus8 and microneedling - Document all treatments, patient records, and before/after images accurately and on time - Respond to patient inquiries and provide post-procedure follow-up care - Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment room and equipment at all times - Support patient retention through regular follow-up and recall practices - Contribute to clinic revenue through quality service, patient education, and bookings - Participate in ongoing clinical training and team meetings - Comply with Alberta OHS Act regulations, HIPAA protocols, and sterile technique standards Requirements - Completion of a provincially approved RN or NP program - Valid RN or NP license in Alberta, in valuable standing with CARNA or CRPNA - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Botox and dermal fillers - Experience conducting aesthetic consultations and developing treatment plans under a medical director - Proficiency in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and non-invasive skin treatments - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Commitment to patient confidentiality and professional conduct - Current knowledge of infection control and sanitation standards in aesthetics Nice to Have - Experience with PRP, threads, or energy-based devices (Morpheus8, microneedling) - Familiarity with EMR or clinic management software Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pce4i
