Job Overview Seeking a highly skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to efficinently multitask in a high volume and fast paced environment while delivering excellent food. Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is required. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling dishes Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations Serve dishes promptly Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working setting Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during service hours Skills Experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or food service setting Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a quick-paced workplace Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and presentation skills Kitchen experience in the food industry is required Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Flexibility to adapt to different station responsibilities as needed This position offers an engaging work environment where culinary passion meets excellent service.
