Olds College of Agriculture&Technology is seeking Heavy Equipment Operator Field Instructors for contract opportunities. Instructors will lead the 12-week HEO program and assist in curriculum development. Candidates should have strong knowledge of equipment operations and safety regulations, aiming to provide effective training in line with industry demands.

Key Responsibilities:• Deliver HEO courses and short industry training sessions • Maintain and update training curriculum as needed • Conduct on-site evaluations and oversee training logistics • Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Standards • Provide feedback and reports to the Lead Instructor

Requirements:• Minimum 5 years of heavy equipment experience • Class 3 operator’s license preferred • Strong organization and interpersonal skills • Experience in training or post-secondary instruction • Solid computer skills, especially in Google Applications
