You will also conduct inspections and coordinate with external contractors under the Floor Manager's guidance. A proactive approach ensures that all community homes remain functional and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:• Perform routine plumbing and electrical repairs and maintenance • Troubleshoot minor facility issues promptly • Conduct inspections of buildings and common areas • Mow lawns, trim shrubs, and maintain gardens • Provide winter preparations including snow removal

Requirements:• High school diploma or equivalent required • Previous handyman experience preferred • Familiarity with tools and repair techniques • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Valid driver’s license and clean record preferred
