Responsibilities - Conduct outside sales efforts by reaching out to prospective clients and establishing new business opportunities. - Present and demonstrate high-end kitchen renovation products and luxury showpieces to clients through product demos and consultations. - Develop tailored proposals that meet client needs, leveraging negotiation skills to close sales effectively. - Manage client accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and ongoing relationship development. - Utilize marketing strategies to generate leads and expand the client base within the target market. - Upsell additional products or services during sales interactions to maximize revenue potential. - Maintain organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up schedules using POS systems or CRM tools. - Collaborate with internal teams on project specifications. - Stay informed about industry trends, renovation techniques, and new product offerings to provide expert advice to clients. Skills - Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or inside sales with a focus on high-end or luxury products. - Solid negotiation and communication skills essential for closing deals and managing customer relationships. - Knowledge of renovation, construction, merchandising, and product demos related to kitchen upgrades or luxury showpieces. - Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse clientele effectively. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. - Customer service expertise combined with effective marketing techniques such as upselling and product presentation. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining professional standards in all client interactions.
