Hybrid Ariba Support Analyst Role, Airdrie

Become an integral part of Brunel as a Hybrid Ariba Support Analyst based in Calgary, Alberta. You'll be responsible for providing functional and administrative support for SAP Ariba while engaging with diverse corporate teams.

This 12-month assignment seeks a proactive candidate for day-to-day technical assistance around sourcing and Source-to-Pay activities. You’ll monitor support queries, resolve user issues, and troubleshoot various Ariba-related challenges while maintaining high service standards. Collaborating closely with Procurement, AP, and Master Data teams is essential for ensuring effective workflows and addressing underlying process issues.

Key Responsibilities:• Monitor and categorize requests in the support inbox • Provide in-event support for sourcing activities • Troubleshoot issues related to sourcing and vendor access • Support user role updates and provisioning tasks • Share procedural guidance for internal users and suppliers

Requirements:• Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field • 1-3 years of relevant experience with SAP Ariba • Familiarity with procurement technology and S2P processes • Experience within Tier1/Tier2 support structure • Strong communication and customer service skills
