Regional Merchandiser for Garden Centres, Airdrie

Join a dynamic merchandising team as a Regional Garden Centre Merchandiser, starting in May! You’ll manage plant programs in major retail locations, ensuring optimal presentation and inventory management.

This role involves visiting stores 2-3 times a week, maintaining inventory based on planograms, and ensuring that all plants are presented effectively. Your flexible schedule will enable you to adapt to various projects throughout the year. Ideal candidates should enjoy independent work, possess strong customer service skills, and be knowledgeable about plant maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:• Travel to multiple retail locations as required • Place incoming orders on the sales floor per planogram • Manage inventory levels and product pricing • Conduct maintenance on plant displays and merchandise • Build relationships with store personnel and growers

Requirements:• Experience in merchandising or retail environments • Reliable transportation for store visits • Knowledge of plant and floral maintenance • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills • Access to a cell phone with data for reporting
