Position: Full-Time Optometric Assistant Location: Airdrie Eyecare Centre Schedule: Full-Time (5 days per week) About Us

We are a well‑established optometry clinic dedicated to creating a welcoming, professional environment where patients and staff feel valued and supported.Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner Perform pre‑testing and diagnostic screenings Educate patients on eye health and proper eye wear care Support frame selection and lens consultations Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling and administrative tasksContribute to a clean, organized, and efficient clinic environment Collaborate effectively with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient experiences Qualifications
Solid interpersonal and communication skills High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability Comfortable working in a high intensity, patient‑centered environment Previous experience in optical or customer service is an asset Proficiency with basic computer systems and willingness to learn practice management softwareCommitment to upholding our clinic’s core values: Integrity, Respect, Passion, Care, and Teamwork What We Offer
