As an E-Invoicing Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in training staff and streamlining the rollout of the OpenContract Pricebook. You will engage with business teams to address queries while identifying process improvements and collaborating closely with ITS teams for system integrations. This role requires a proactive attitude as you’ll facilitate user acceptance testing and maintain strong relationships across departmental lines.

Key Responsibilities:• Act as the main contact for e-invoicing support inquiries • Assist in rolling out the OpenContract Pricebook effectively • Conduct training sessions for field and office staff • Identify and implement process improvement strategies • Manage release notes and user testing activities

Requirements:• Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent degree • Minimum 5 years supporting Enverus e-invoicing platform • Strong analysis and testing skills • Positive, solution-oriented mindset • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
