Extendicare Geriatric Dietitian Position (Ajax)

Join Extendicare as a Geriatric Dietitian, focusing on nutrition and hydration for our residents. This part time role is pivotal in enhancing dietary care. You will provide essential nutritional assessments and collaborate on individualized care plans, ensuring that all residents receive tailored dietary interventions. As a member of the Clinical Team, you'll work closely with caregivers to address nutritional needs while fostering a supportive environment for residents and families.
