Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Insurance Sales and Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for offering tailored insurance solutions, providing outstanding service, and fostering long-term client relationships. Additionally, you will play a key role in enhancing our community engagement and social media presence. Key Responsibilities: Provide Home, Auto, and Life Insurancesolutions tailored to client needs. Develop leads, identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling for various insurance products. Schedule appointments and holdvalue-driven conversationswith potential and existing clients. Develop strong relationships with key COI (Center of Influences) Deliverexceptional customer service, addressing inquiries on policies, claims, and billing with a friendly, solutions-oriented approach. Collaborate with the Agent and team to execute marketing strategies andachieve ambitious sales goals. Maintain detailed and accurate client records and documentation. Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes. Actively participate in community events and initiatives to promote the companys presence and brand. Develop and manage social media content to engage with clients and the broader community. Qualifications: General Insurance Licence ( OTL or RIBO) LLQP or working towards. Comprehensive understanding of insurance products and services. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals. Excellent communication and ability to build robust client relationships. Problem-solving mindsetand the ability to multitask in a high-energy environment. Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and social media platforms. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
