The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced automotive workplace, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities while supporting both the sales team and customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process. Responsibilities - Coordinate and support all administrative functions within the Sales Department - Prepare and process vehicle deal files accurately and efficiently - Assist with vehicle deliveries and customer follow-up communications - Coordinate vehicle licensing, registration, and documentation requirements - Maintain accurate customer and sales records within dealership systems - Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Service, and Licensing departments to ensure timely completion of deals - Monitor inventory status, incoming vehicles, and delivery timelines - Support sales staff with appointment scheduling, customer communication, and documentation preparation - Ensure all paperwork complies with dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and applicable regulations - Assist in maintaining showroom organization and presentation standards - Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone - Support management with reporting and other administrative tasks as required Qualifications - Previous administrative or coordination experience in an automotive dealership environment is considered an asset - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - High attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment - Professional and customer-focused attitude - OMVIC licensing is considered an asset What We Offer - Competitive compensation plans - Employee purchase plans and company discounts - Collaborative team dynamic and Family-like atmosphere - Supportive work environment - Health and wellness Discounts - Community involvement activities - Exciting company events Your professional journey is more than a series of job titles and responsibilities and we encourage your application even if you don’t meet all the qualifications.
